I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Family and Couples Conflicts, ODD, and Mood Disorders.

I am a dedicated mental health professional with a genuine passion for helping individuals uncover their inner strengths and embark on a journey of healing. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of populations, including individuals transitioning from incarceration as well as adolescents and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. In my work, I have facilitated both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies to help clients overcome negative thought patterns and build resilience. I am dedicated to supporting those from various cultural and economic backgrounds

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a trauma-informed framework that integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic principles. This integrated method invites you to explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing your current life.

I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to each session. I believe in honoring your unique story by creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly understood, valued, and empowered to grow. My ultimate goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles, build lasting resilience, and achieve a greater sense of well-being.
